Detoxing is purifying one's physical, mental and spiritual, it has been done for centuries and is part of today's way of live. Countless means of cleansing are used, but one of the most efficient is with roots rich in nutrients.
Most roots, like burdock root and dandelion are excellent for diabetes and the skin. They’re also natural diuretics loaded with anti-oxidants. Dandelion is specifically excellent at cleansing the liver and protecting the bones while burdock is an amazing blood cleanser, which also makes it very helpful to liver health.
Burdock is also helpful for bones. Dandelion has vitamins A, C and K, while burdock has vitamin B6, potassium and magnesium.
