His family shared with him the love of wild food, hunting wild game as well and gathering the famous " bleuets du Saguenay " wild nuts, cattails and fungi. He is a passionate home brewer of botanical ales. He shares a french segment on how to forage and homebrew with seasonal wild ingredients here. He loves wild brews, cooking, gathering, playing games with their kids, watching the Habs, walks by the river and great food. Together we are life partners and teacrafters of Ranger Tea.
